Juice Society's flagship store at Lamar Union, designed by Matt Fajkus Architecture, opens its door to the customers. The juice bar is a commercial interior finish-out with subtle and visually quiet materials to accentuate the food, drinks and the growing plants hanging within it - a nuanced reminder of the natural and living ingredients used both for construction and consumption. The design team consisted of Matt Fajkus, David Birt, Sarah Johnson, and was manged by Ian M. Ellis.
